7:38 PM Shazam! During the New Forest weekend I heard the most awesomest song on the radio. I'd normally make a note of some of the lyrics then Google to identify the track. Slight problem- by the time I'd realised how good the song was, there was only instrumental playing. Uh oh. Quick as a flash I started recording on my phone, but the resulting clip picked up too much background noise. Dammit! A song lost. The other day I remembered reading about that phone number that IDs a track from a short clip. Surely that wouldn't work with such a fuzzy tinny recording? I dialled 2580, played the crackly music, and then waited. "Brrrrriiiiiing!". "SHAZAM tagged THE SMASHING PUMPKINS: I Am One" It only bloomin' well worked! Rock out, people! Leave a comment ::
