			Tuesday, January 23, 2007 8:54 PM All Relationships Are Emptying And Temporary It's been a good month or so since I lost my coat. My thin hoody is no replacement, and I find myself freezing to death on a daily basis. I'm not sure why I haven't got one, I think it's because I haven't been able to find one that meets my many requirements but it could also be because I live in hope that the old one will somehow turn up. It'd be just my luck that I shell out on a new one and then the old one turns up; kinda ironic in the Alanis Morisette vein (ie NOT ironic). Not that it will turn up anyway, I'm about 70% sure that it's floating about in the Thames somwhere. There was a nice one in Next which was similar to Old, but the annoying thing is it's not on sale and I'm not gonna fork out a ton on a coat only to find it going cheap the next day. Argh! This is so annoying. It would be so much easier if someone just gave me a jacket like in Sopranos: "It's da jaaaaaackeeeeeeet!" In fact THAT'S the problem I've had in picking my togs, do I get a jacket or a coat? Or do I forgo social convention and opt for something completely different, like a poncho or a mumu? Whatever the decision, I'll be very cold over the coming days/weeks/months(?). It's a good thing I don't get sick, because I'm pretty sure any normal person would have caught malaria or whatever by now. ----- Great band. Great song. Great video. Leave a comment ::		Dude, it's been a month. Just let the jacket go. You had some good times together, but it's time to go your separate ways and move on. That doesn't mean you need to chuck all your photos and letters, or that you can't cherish your memories. But the jacket has surely found someone else by now. Let it go my friend, let it go.
