Pink Mafia

I thought that Rod Hull Day had something of an esoteric quality about it, but after wandering around Covent Garden after work yesterday it turns out I was wrong. There were LOADS of people wearing pink, the only explanation being that they were ALL in on RHD. What other explanation is there?
