11:52 PM Skirtjacking The Brits may have 'happy slapping', but the Japs have gone one better. Here's a video I found of a Japanese nutter who walks about town in search of women wearing skirts, at which point he sneaks up to them, yanks down their pants and either slaps their bum or gives them a little peck on the cheek. He then swiftly legs it. Benny Hill would be proud. Did it ever make it to their version of Crimewatch? More importantly, did their Nick Ross manage to keep a straight face?
